          李會(huì)泉,中科院過程工程研究所研究員,中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)崗位教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼獲得者。1999年畢業(yè)于大連理工大學(xué)化學(xué)工程系,獲博士學(xué)位。現(xiàn)任濕法冶金清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)國(guó)家工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任、中科院過程工程研究所資源環(huán)境研究部主任和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)中心主任;兼任國(guó)家“發(fā)展循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)工作部際聯(lián)席會(huì)議專家咨詢委員會(huì)”專家組成員、中國(guó)有色金屬學(xué)會(huì)固廢資源化專業(yè)委員會(huì)主任委員、中國(guó)環(huán)境學(xué)會(huì)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)分會(huì)副主任委員、中國(guó)硅酸鹽學(xué)會(huì)固廢分會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)等職務(wù)。獲得國(guó)家“萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃”創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才、中國(guó)科學(xué)院十大杰出青年等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。 主要從事特色資源高效循環(huán)利用清潔工藝與綠色過程研究,包括二氧化碳綠色催化與高值轉(zhuǎn)化、濕法冶金清潔工藝與材料工程、工業(yè)固廢/危廢資源化高值化利用、城市礦產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略金屬精深利用、生態(tài)工業(yè)/循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)集成、資源環(huán)境大數(shù)據(jù)智慧監(jiān)測(cè)與管控等研究方向;提出“活性組份溫和分離與礦相結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)同調(diào)控”學(xué)術(shù)思路與理論基礎(chǔ),形成了基礎(chǔ)-應(yīng)用-產(chǎn)業(yè)化特色鮮明的研究方向。 研究工作得到國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國(guó)家“973”計(jì)劃、“863”計(jì)劃、科技支撐、中科院先導(dǎo)專項(xiàng)、以及大型企業(yè)項(xiàng)目支持。發(fā)表高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文150余篇,申請(qǐng)國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)明專利100余項(xiàng),建成多項(xiàng)示范工程,服務(wù)于我國(guó)綠色低碳循環(huán)發(fā)展。研究成果獲國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)、北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)一等獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng)。
